Negatives of Bell Satellite TV
You should know that if a bad storm, heavy rain, or high winds come, you will likely lose the signal to your Bell TV satellite service. If the power is knocked out the Bell receiver will go through a lengthy reboot process that will cause you to miss your show or sports game you were watching. If it was taping it will likely end the taping where the power went out.
Equipment gets old and needs to be replaced after a few years. However your Bell satellite will not be helpful with this. They would rather tell you what you are experiencing is normal. And the only way to get them to replace it is to practically cancel service.
With so many channel choices you are likely to pay an arm and a leg every month in subscriber fees. Telus TV is the best way to go in my opinion.
